I never expected .......

I never expected to get the same rush of excitement from a great deal on shoes, from an Ari nap that lasts longer then an hour....

this is bliss
Ari went down at 10:30am and here it is 12:11pm - I could squeal, but I won't - that would ruin a good thing

Ari's 15 month check up

Ari is now officially 15 months - I will try to take his latest pictures tomorrow - its on my to do list.
Anyway he had his 15 month check up and well ......
he weighs 18.3oz
he is 31 1/4 inches tall

the problem is - he has not gained any weight since his 12 month check up - and so they are a little concerned.

I explained that we try to feed him everything and anything - and that well he just has zero interest in food- and he is ACTIVE very very ACTIVE
but they are concerned which translates to me being worried (as if I wasn't already stressed about my sons eating habits, or lack there of)

Ari has another Dr appointment in a month and if Ari has not gained weight by then he will have to have "tests" done - I dont't know what kind - they just said tests....

the Dr's suggestions were basically to feed Ari anything and everything he would eat and to try to make sure we are giving him food high in fat (so basically all the foods we try to avoid)
whole milk (we have been trying to give this to Ari and it always spoils before the half gallon is drunk)
cheeses
cottage cheese
ice cream
smoothies
fish sticks
chicken nuggets
waffles
french toast
etc etc
she said not to worry about fruits and veggies for right now - just try to put some weight on him
oh and I have to keep a feeding journal for Ari's meals
so that is what we are trying to do - we will keep you posted
here is todays feeding journal
